Beale, Joan Elizabeth (Major QSM) - Joan was promoted to glory from Mary Potter Hospice on 5 December 2014 surrounded by her family.

Much loved wife of the late Major Gilbert. Loved mother and mother in law of Stanley and Veronica, Kevin and Mandy, Joanne and Wayne. Nana to her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandchild. Sister and sister in law to David and Rene Howan.

Messages to the Beale family may be left in Joan's tribute book below or posted c/- PO Box 14-366, Kilbirnie 6241. In lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army Missionary Project would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate Joan's life will be held at the Salvation Army, Wellington South Citadel, Constable Street, Newtown on Monday 8 December at 11am, thereafter private cremation.
