Passed away peacefully at home in Wellington on Wednesday 31 December 2014, aged 60 years.

Loved son of the late Stan and Mena. Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Andrea and Murray, and admired uncle of Philippa and Michael. Loved darling of Priscilla, and dear friend of Diane and others.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the University of Auckland Science Support Fund would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
