WAMPOLE, Adele Barbara (nee Smith),

On March 24, 2015 at Dunedin Hospital; aged 66 years.

Very much loved mother of Nikki and Theo, grandmother of Tori and Amber, sister of Caroline, Jeffrey and the late Gregory, sister-in law of Liz, aunt of Esther and Tama, great-aunt of Ollie and Greta, cousin of Arthur, Ray and Robin.

The family wishes to express their gratitude and convey many, many thanks to all of the friends, specialists, staff and support people who have loved and cared for Adele over many years but especially in the later years of her life.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 12.30pm on Saturday April 18, followed by private cremation.
