Peacefully on 12 January 2016, aged 84.

A service to celebrate Herbert's life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Monday 18 January at 10am. Herbert will then be reunited with Johanna at Karori Cemetery.
