Samuel James Grubi died suddenly as a result of an accident on Sunday 12th November 2006. Aged 21.

Adored son of Matthew & Helen, and Michele & Peter. Loved brother of Jonathan, Liam, Michael, Isabel & Stella.

To celebrate Sam's life, a Funeral Mass will be held at St Francis de Sales Catholic Church, cnr Mersey & Clyde Sts, Island Bay, on Thursday 16th November 2006 at 11am, followed by burial at Makara Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited in church on Wednesday at 7pm
