On 12th September 2016 peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital. Aged 72 years.
Dearly loved husband and best friend of Margaret.
Loved father of Darren (deceased), Bevan, Jason, and Jane.
Respected father-in-law of Helen and Rebecca.
Absolutely loved Pop of Luke, Joel, and Mace; Jet, and Scout; Jordan, Olivia, Chelsea, Reed, and Ruby.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Graham and the late Bev, Warren and Beryl, Barry (deceased) and Marie, Harley and Juliette, Beryl and Pat Keane, Norma and Ian McGregor.
Loved brother-in-law of Caryl and Karl Taucher, Brian and Marian Blake, Gail and Mike Rodbourn.
Awesome uncle of all his nieces and nephews.
A celebration of David’s life will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Thursday 15th September 2016 at 2.00pm.

Margaret, Bevan, Jason, Jane and their families wish to express their heartfelt thanks to relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who supported them during their recent loss of David.
A special thanks to all who have cared for David during his illness: the wonderful staff at both Palmerston and Wairarapa Hospitals, Iain MacLeod, Oncology nurse, the Carterton Fire Brigade, and the Wellington Free Ambulance. Thanks to Pam Bailey for her comforting words and all who travelled from near and far to be with us at this time.
We have been overwhelmed by the wonderful personal messages of sympathy, cards, flowers, food, phone calls, and visits and will always remember the kindness of you all.
