HOLT, Michael (Mike), Rtd Major, RNZMP. Of Carterton.

On 25th September 2016 peacefully, in his 80th year.

Dearly loved husband of Glenda.

Loved father and father-in-law of Elizabeth and Steve Brown, Sarah and Matt Chapman.

Loved Grandad to Hannah, and Rebekah; and loved Grandpa to Michael, and David.

A special thanks to Dr Nel, Dr Forgeson, Nurses and staff Oncology Dept. Wairarapa Hospital, Dr Dicks, Dr Lincoln, the Kahukura Palliative Care Team, Hospice Wairarapa, and all at Ultimate Care Lansdowne Court Masterton for their wonderful care of Mike and support to the family.

Memorial donations, in memory of Mike, to the Wairarapa Cancer Society, P.O. Box 121, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated.

In accordance with Mike’s wishes a private cremation will be held.
