On 17 October 2016, at his home after a courageous battle. Aged 64 years.

Loved by his sons Michael and Daniel, their mother Kristina, and Daniel’s partner Betty. Loved son of the late Richard and Roma.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Brian and Jane and the late Diane, Liz, David and Jacqui. Loved uncle of Anthony; Alex; Rachel, William, and Jeremy; and Georgia. Loved son-in-law of Neil and Lesley Adlam, Loved brother-in-law of Phillip and Janine. Loved and respected by his extended family and many friends.
