Peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington on Friday, 4 November, 2016 with Donna by his side. Loved father of Nathan, Matthew and Kate, Jason and Sheridah, and Jess. Grandfather of Lydia.

Special thanks to all those that visited Dean, Mary Potter Hospice and all the medical staff that cared for him over the past three years.
