Mackenzie, Thomas Duncan QSM:

At Kenepuru Hospital, Wellington on Friday, 16 December 2016, aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Elizabeth (Betty). Father and father in law of Christopher and Rosie, Karin and Murray Lilley, Andrew and Julie, Susan and Michael, Douglas and Debbie, John and Kerry, Elizabeth and Laurie Grainger, Creina (deceased), Mary and Werner, Shane and Ingrid. Grandfather of 17, great-grandfather of 12 and half-brother to Margaret Mackenzie Hosson.

The family would like to thank all the staff on ward 4 at Kenepuru Hospital for their kindness to our father.

Thomas's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Joseph, Brougham St, Mt Victoria on Tuesday, 20 December at 10:30am, thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.
