Peacefully at Ward 5 North, Wellington Regional Hospital on Thursday, 6 July 2017.

Dearly loved husband of Joy for nearly 60 years. Devoted father and father in law of Leigh and Michael, Sally and Bruce, Robert and Kirsten. Adored grandfather to Dee and Bria; Ruben and Ashton.

A very special thanks to Catherine Barrow, Anna Nicholson, Alison Rowe and their respective teams and the exceptional nursing on 5 North, Wellington DHB.

In lieu of flowers donations to ‘Ward 5 North, Wellington Regional Hospital’ would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate the life of David will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, 18 Bassett Rd, Johnsonville on Thursday, 13 July at 2pm, thereafter private cremation.
