Dearly loved and cherished husband of Elisapeta. Adored and respected father of Seiuli Lili & Lester (Dec), Vaipu & Andrew, Faumuina Jepson & Tanya, Peter & Lisa, Mike & Jane, Sefo & Diana, Lafaele & Melissa and Leivona. Beloved grandfather to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beloved son of Savali and Ivoga. Loved brother of Lui (Dec) & Iutita Savali, Valelei Lafaele & Senia Savali, Tu'umaialu Pio & Suliana Savali, Sailimalo (Dec) & Tolo Savali (Dec), Maugali'i & Ruta Savali, Loleta & Tuala Silva, Litia & Valelei Setefano, Paepae (Dec) & Malaesa Smith & Toetaua Sala (Dec) & Kirisitina Savali, along with all their children. Loved and respected by all of Papali'itele Petelo and Elisapeta's extended family, friends and church community.

Papali'itele's Family Service will be held on Sunday 16th July, 4pm at The Ioane Vito Centre, 15 Ferguson Street, Newtown, Wellington.

The Funeral Service to farewell Papali'itele will be held on Tuesday 18th July,10:00am at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 152 Brougham St, Mount Victoria followed by interment at Makara Cemetery.
