On September 22nd, 2017 Peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice. Aged 77 years.

Dearly loved husband of "the light of his life" Denise; Loved father and father-in-law of Craig and Carlene, Christopher and Stella, Stephen and Casandra, Susan, Grant, Linda, and Karen. Much loved Poppa of Andrew, Thomas, Sophia, Chloe, Reuben, James, Mimi, and Keaton.

Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Ward 5 North, Wellington Regional Hospital and Mary Potter Hospice.

Trevor's funeral service will be held at Old St Paul's, Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Wednesday September 27th, 2017 at 2:00pm followed by a private cremation
