Passed away peacefully at Riverleigh Rest Home on Friday 9 February.
Beloved husband of Betty O'Styke (dec).
Dearly loved father and father in law of Craig & Dianne, Wayne & Wendy.
Grandfather to Jimmy, Neil and Matthew; Jennifer, Nicholas and Alice.
Great grandfather to Brooke, Cole, Connor, Penny, Lucia and George.
Brother to Robert and Sheryl. Jack will be sorely missed by his extended family and friends.

Grateful thanks to the staff of Te Omanga Hospice and Riverleigh Rest Home.
In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
