Sweeney, Patrick Joseph: Loved husband of Deirdre, proud father of, and loved by Mark, Sean and Bronwyn and their partners Cathy, Jacqueline, and Simon. Loved Grandad of Grace, Meg, Fintan, Liam, Eleanor, Bridie and Finella and Great-Grandad of Maeve.

Died peacefully and content, wrapped in the outstanding care of Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington, on 30 June 2018, aged 83 years.

We extend our deepest and sincerest gratitude to the Hospice for supporting dad with dignity, love and respect in his last weeks.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated.

Patrick’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Holy Cross, Hobart Street, Miramar on Thursday, 5 July 2018 at 11 am, thereafter a private cremation.
