Peacefully on Thursday, July 5th, 2018. Dearly loved wife of Adam and adored mum of Lottie and Alice. Daughter of Michael and the late Clare, much loved sister and sister-in-law and proud Aunty.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Wellington Hospital especially Dr Anne O’Donnell, for their amazing care and support for Sarah. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society of NZ, 52 Riddiford Street, Newtown, 6021 and can be left at the service. All are welcome to attend a service to celebrate Sarah’s life at Old St Paul’s, 34 Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Monday, July 16th, 2018 at 3:00pm followed by a private cremation. The family requests that attendees join them in wearing a little colour or sparkle as Sarah would have liked.
