WALLIS: Eric McKenzie Wallis (Edgar).

On the 25th July 2018, Eric suddenly passed away at an outing with family at the young age of 93 years.

Eldest son of the late Eric and Evelyn Wallis. Dearly loved husband of the late wife “Rose”. Love and respected father/father-in-law to Erica and Mike, Doug and Cath, Bruce and Donna, and his late son “Donald” (Donny). Much loved Grandfather to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Eldest brother/brother-in-law to Pat and Neil, Ethne, Elaine and the late Denise, Elgar, Ray, Frank, Errol, Noeleen and Natalie.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance, whose support was greatly appreciated.

Eric’s funeral service will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie on Friday, 3rd August at 11am, thereafter a private burial with family at Makara Cemetery.
