O’NEILL, Patrick James (Pat) – On 11 September 2018, aged 71.

Much loved husband of Rosemary; loved father and father in law of Paula & Andrew and Ryan.

Adored Grandad of Alex, Olivia and Maggie the dog.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 5 North, Wellington Hospital for their care of Pat.
