SEW HOY, Sylvia

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 6th January, 2021, aged 91 years old.

Dearly loved wife of Jun Kow and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Audrey & Sui Yuen, Cheung & Pamela, Hing & Jacqueline, Janine & Adrian, and Ailynn & Desmond. Beloved Por Por and Mah Mah of Raymond, Tiffany, Brent & Jenny, Amanda & Carlos, Holly & Mike, Alan & Josephine, Katie, Nichelle, Brandyn, Tristin, Jonathan, Nicole. Treasured Tai Tai of Joshua, Noah & Lily, Elyse & Jack, and Gisele & Hazel.

Always loved and will never be forgotten.

Special thanks to the staff of Nurse Maude, Wellington Free Ambulance, Dr Chan Dassanayake, and all the doctors and nurses at Ward 6 East of Wellington Hospital.

A service to celebrate Sylvia’s life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown, Wellington 6021 on Saturday 9th January 2021 at 1pm, thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.
