HAMMOND, Irene (nee Fletcher). Of Greytown.
On 25 February 2021 peacefully at her home in the presence of family. Aged 86 years.
Dearly loved wife of the late Malcolm. (they were married for 56 years).
Loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Maree, Elizabeth and Paul Pepper, and Judith.
Treasured Grandma of Samantha and Adam, Hamish and Rachel, Natalie, Joe; Kate and Adam, William and Alecia, Samuel, and Thomas. Loved Great Grandma of Lucy, Ellie and ‘Baby Bump Pepper’. Special ‘Gma’ to Jessica.
Loved sister of David (deceased) and Doreen (Loughborough, England) and sister-in-law of Fred and Miriam Hammond, June and Ross Sugrue.
A service for Irene will be held in St Luke's Anglican Church, Cnr Main and Church Streets, Greytown on Friday 5th March 2021 at 1.00pm followed by private cremation.
