Jacobs, Johanna Josephina Maria (Ann) – Of Paraparaumu, peacefully on 3rd April 2021 aged 89 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late André; loved mother and mother- in- law of André & Laura, Jacqui & Keith (dec) & Rhys, Paul & Josefina, Monique & Chris, Marcel & Carolyn and Nicole & Kevin.

Ann was an affectionate Oma to her 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family wish to sincerely thank the team from Sevenoaks for their loving care of Ann during this time.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Ann at the Church of Our Lady Of Kapiti, 1 Presentation Way (off Milne Drive) Paraparaumu on Thursday 8th April 2021 at 11am, followed by interment at Waikanae Cemetery.
