Passed away peacefully on 28th April 2021 in Wellington.

Dearly loved and treasured wife of Ian Sew Hoy and loved mother of Zara. Much loved and treasured daughter of Kem Fung and the late Heen Kim, daughter-in-law of Kang and the late Eileen, sister of Andrew and Alan, and sister-in-law of Anne and Chris. Special aunty to James and Ava.

Special thanks to Wellington Hospital oncology and palliative care teams and The Mary Potter Hospice.

A service to celebrate Katherine’s life will be held at Old St Paul’s, 34 Mulgrave Street, Pipitea, Wellington on Friday 7th May 2021 at 11:30am, thereafter a private cremation.
