Peacefully passed away at Te Omanga hospice on Tuesday 4th May 2021. Aged 42 years.
Adored wife of Hamish. Devoted and exceptional Mumzie of Hana (13) and Asher (3).
Much loved daughter of Sue and Mike Grant, Treasured daughter in-law of Sue and Russell McRae. Cherished sister of Jo Delport.
Amazing Aunty, cousin, niece, best friend and teacher.
