Peacefully on 14 June 2021, aged 68 years, at Te Omanga Hospice surrounded by family.

Loved Wife of Fred Forsyth. Devoted Mum of Louise. Loving Step-Mum Amanda and Mathew. Cherished Nan of Caleb & Teah, Troy & Leo. Beloved Sister of Mary and the late John.

A requiem mass celebrating the life of Joan will be held at St Francis Xavier Church, 152 Stokes Valley Road, on Monday 21 June 2021 at 11am, followed by burial.
