GILES, Mary Evelyn

Passed away peacefully on Monday, 2nd August 2021 aged 58 years after a fearless and courageous journey combating a rare form of Parkinson’s disease.

Mary, a devoted wife of Paul Denton, sister to Di and Pauline, and a special friend to Noeline, Roman and Lance.
Mary was loved and adored by her huskies, Bim, Keisha, Anitra, Yuri, Cinnar and Meisha, and Sledge the cat.
"Please note that Mary would love your dog to attend the service”.

A special thanks goes to Jan and Sutasin and all the staff at Wellington Regional Hospital and at Kenepuru Community Hospital who provided amazing support and care for Mary over the past year.

In lieu of flowers donations to the SPCA- www.spca.nz/donate or Wellington Free Ambulance - www.wfa.org.nz/donate would be appreciated.

The funeral service for Mary will be held at St John’s Anglican Church, 18 Bassett Road, Johnsonville, Wellington on Tuesday, 10th August 2021 at 12 Noon followed by a private cremation.
