Lendnal Jadwiga, M.N.Z.M - On 24 July 2007 peacefully after a long illness, in her 67th year.

Dearly loved wife of Mieczyslaw. Loved mother and mother in law of Marzena, Leszek, Andrzej and Karolina; and loved grandmother of Angelina.

Actively involved in the Polish community for many years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Poland.

Thanks to the Mary Potter staff, her doctor's and district nurses for their efforts and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left on the day of the service.

A service for Jadwiga will be held at the Church of St Joachim's, Stanley Street, Berhampore, Wellington on Saturday 28 July, 2007 at 10:00am followed by burial at Makara Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in the above church on Friday evening at 7:00pm.
