Pat passed away on 28 August 2021, aged 89 years.

Dearly loved wife of Bryan (dec), mother and mother-in-law of Brent and Debbie; Ian and Christine; Craig (dec), Vicky and Dave; and Scott (dec). Grandmother to Tim and Katie; Nicholas and Louise, Hunter and Cameron; Hannah and Madeline.

A creative and talented soul who is now at peace.

Many heartfelt thanks to the staff at Village at the Park for their care and compassion in looking after Pat.
