BURNELL, Stephen James:

Passed away peacefully on 14 September 2021 after a period of illness. Taken too soon at the age of 61.

Beloved son of Jim and Betty (deceased), brother and brother-in-law of John and Linda and cherished uncle of Ryan and Shaun.

He will be missed by his friends in the Aro Valley community.

Thanks to the staff and residents at St John of God, Karori, who cared for him over the last 18 months.

Family and close friends are invited to a service for Stephen that will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown on Friday, 24 September at 11am, thereafter private cremation.
