SMITH, John Melville - Peacefully on 7th October 2021 at Te Hopai Hospital.
Dearly loved husband of Margaret for 66 years. 
Much loved father and father-in-law of Erin & Don, Christopher & Elizabeth, Anne-Marie & Steve, Stephen & Sue (Brisbane), Kathryn & Terry, John & Brigid (Brisbane), Suzanne & Kevin (Brisbane). 
Loved brother of Joyce O’Shea. Grandfather of his 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. 

Special thanks to the caring staff of Te Hopai and Ward 5 South for their wonderful care of John.
