WATERS, Robert John (Bob)

19.12.1941–15.10.2021 - A strong loving family man, community-spirited, caring and generous.

Bob was formerly a teacher at Newton School and South Wellington Intermediate (SWIS).

He passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 79.

Beloved father and father-in-law of Danny, Eileen, Audrey, Colin, Marty, and Jenny. Adored grandpa of his many grandchildren. Brother of Jim, David, and Jenny.

A memorial function will be held at 4.30pm on Monday 18 October at South Wellington Intermediate School Hall, Rintoul Street, to celebrate Bob’s life. 

Bob can also be visited at his daughter Eileen's place, 15 Liardet Street, Vogeltown, Wellington on Sunday 17 October from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
