Dearly loved Nan of Emma Kai Yin, Thomas Kai Jie, Isabel Kai Mei, Matthew Kai Quan, Cameron and Liam.

Cherished sister & sister- in-law of Elizabeth (dec) & Aussie (dec), Gary & Trish, Christine & John, Tim & Tessa and Jan.

Patricia was a beloved Aunty to all of her nieces and nephews.

The family wish to extend sincere thanks to the team at Mary Potter Hospice for their care of Patricia. In lieu of flowers donations to Mary Potter Hospice at www.marypotter.org.nz would be appreciated.

Patricia’s Requiem Mass will be held at Our Lady of Kapiti Catholic Church, Presentation Way (off Milne Drive), Paraparaumu on Thursday November 25th 2021 at 11am followed by a private cremation.
