CHERRY, Frances Eleanor.

Died peacefully surrounded by family in the early hours of Sunday 24th April 2022 aged 84.

She leaves behind her sister Maureen Birchfield, her five children; Brent, Craig, Jane, Robert and Caitlin along with 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Frances was a novelist, short story writer and creative writing teacher. A unique, passionate and fiercely loving woman who was ahead of her time.

Her funeral will be held at the Cockburn St. Chapel in Kilbirnie, Wellington at 2pm on Friday 29th April.
