JOHNSTONE, Anne - Anne passed away peacefully aged 80.

Mother of Gib, Colum and Rowena, and grandmother of Marah, Thanya, Rory and Owen.

A creative and kind woman, a kindergarten teacher and lover of crafts and crosswords. A traveller to all continents (yes, Antarctica too), Writer, Painter, Sculptor and Community Volunteer.

She had a full and sometimes difficult life but forged her own path and the love she provided will be dearly missed.

Anne's funeral service will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown onThursday 16 June at midday, followed by burial at Akatarawa Cemetery, at 2.30pm.
