MORTON, Joan Mary – “Little Geordie Spitfire” - On September 1, 2007 at Lansdowne Court Rest Home, in her 79th year.

Loved wife of Bernard (together again). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Barbara, Nick, Sally, Steve, Cathie, Janice and Philip, Malcolm, Myra, Doug, Carol, Tony, John, Phil and Marilyn. Gran and great-gran of Angie, Lana, Megan, Sarah, Matthew, Kate, Hannah, Miriam, Tessa, Ruth, Ella, Karla, Isaac, Brad, Nadia, Maia, Rakei, and Timothy.

Requiescat in Pace.

Joan’s family would like to thank the staff of Carter Court, Lansdowne Court and the Wairarapa Hospital for their kindness, care and support.

Donations to either of Joan’s favourtie charities, World Vision or National Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Friends and family are invited to a Requiem Mass for Joan to be celebrated in St Mary’s Catholic Church, Carterton tomorrow (Tuesday) September 4, 2007 at 1.30pm followed by interment at the Clareville Lawn Cemetery.
