Jean Gladys Rose (Jean Goodman) – passed away suddenly on 12th August 2022, aged 89 years.


Beloved wife of the late Ron.

Beloved mother of Phil and Karen, Cliff and Carol, Lynda and Mark, Rochelle and Jeff.

Proud grandmother of: Lincoln and Alinor Rose, David, Bianca, Kiara, Deana, Julia, Johnny and Grant Batten, Kerri and Vanessa Howlett-Hewitt. Great-grandmother of Veronica Rose.

Jean’s passion for dance has touched generations of New Zealand dancers and will be missed.

All are welcome to attend the service to celebrate Jean’s life. This will be held at St Peter’s Anglican Church, Willis Street on Thursday 18th August at 11am.

This will be followed by a private cremation.
