POLAND, Anne Theresa (nee Lewin) - Passed away peacefully on 10th September 2022 at The Mary Potter Hospice, after a long illness.

Dearly loved wife of Richard. Much loved mother of Michelle & Cameron, Christopher & Linda, Tracey & Craig, Suzanne, and Andrew. Cherished Grandmother of Isla & Archer; and Tia & Aurianne. Loved sister of John, Catherine, Peter & the late Jane, Michael & Sue, and James & Janet.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of both Wellington Hospital and The Mary Potter Hospice for the kindness and care they extended to Anne.

A Mass to celebrate Anne’s life will be held at St Teresa’s Catholic Church, 301 Karori Rd, Karori, Wellington at 11am on Thursday 15th September 2022, thereafter followed by private interment.
