McArley, Agnes Veronica – died peacefully at home on 28th April 2023.

Treasured wife and soul mate of the late Rex; much loved mother, mother-in-law and friend of Jacinta and John, Jim and Jillian, Steph and Ross, Denise and Mark, Loretta and Phil, Vince and Kath.

Nana and Nana-in-law of Phillip and Lara, Nicolette and Andrew, Monique and Tula, Joseph and Christie, Juliet and Joe; Alyssa and Simon, Christie; Matt and Anne, Chelle and Matt, Sam and Travis; Hannah and Duncan, Rebekah and Jamyn, Danielle and Tim, Courtney and Ollie; Sean and Ashleigh, Adam and Zeenat, Alexander and Ellie; Luca, Inés and Elise; Hamish, Cameron and Holly.

And a wonderful Great-Grandmother to her 22 great-grandchildren.

Dearly loved daughter of the late James and Sophie Casey; and loved sister of the late Molly, Colleen and Josephine; and loved sister of Mick, Madeline, Kath and Owen.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice (www.marypotter.org.nz) would be appreciated.

To celebrate Agnes’ 90 years of life, her Requiem Mass will be held at the Holy Cross Church, Miramar on Friday, 5th May at 10.00am, followed by the interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery. 

The Rosary will be recited at St Anthony’s Church, Seatoun on Thursday, 4th May at 7.00pm.
