VU, Vui – at 12.03pm on 22 October, 2007 peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 15 years.

Dearly loved daughter of Vien and Viet Vu; sister of Vinh and Vi; loved niece of Diem and Allison.

Special thanks to all the staff of Ward’s 1 & 18 at Wellington Hospital, Canteen and the Child Cancer Foundation for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers donations to Canteen PO Box 7125, Wellington South or the Child Cancer Foundation PO Box 7062, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
