Passed away on 24th September 2023 at Wellington Regional Hospital surrounded by family, aged 81 years.

Beloved husband of Androulla. Adored father and father-in-law of Elena and Simon, Chris and Clare. A legend to, and cherished pappou of Alexandros, Zachary and Aria. A proud Greek Cypriot loved from afar by his big family. Staunch and dependable friend to many in New Zealand.

Special thanks to the staff of Wellington Hospital and Wellington Free Ambulance for their care of Peter.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral and Blood Cancer New Zealand may be left at the service.

Peter’s service will be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral ‘O Evangelismos tis Theotokou’ (Annunciation of the Birth giver of God), 3 Hania Street, Mount Victoria on Saturday 30 September 2023 at 11am, thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.
