O’Leary, Terence Hugh Powell (Terry) on 22 October 2023, peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved husband of Pauline, loved Father and Father-in-law of Leanne, Marissa & Johnny.

Much loved Grandfather of Billie and George.

Special thanks to Wellington Hospital nurses, doctors and staff who looked after Terry in his last days.
