WILLIAMS, Cardinal Thomas Stafford ONZ ChStJ Archbishop Emeritus of Wellington - on December 22nd 2023 peacefully at Charles Fleming Retirement Village, Waikanae. Aged 93 years.

Respected priest and Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington.

A loved brother and brother-in-law of Maureen, the late Veronica, Kathleen and the late Tony, the late Pat and Ann, Michael and Charlotte, Laurie and Alice. Much loved by his nieces and nephews. Requiescat in Pace.

A Mass will be held at Our Lady Of Kapiti, 1 Presentation Way, Paraparaumu on Wednesday 27th December 2023 at 10.30am

A Vigil service will be held at St Teresa’s Church 301 Karori Road, Karori, Wellington on Wednesday 27th December evening at 7:00pm.

Cardinal Tom’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Teresa’s Church, on Thursday December 28th 2023 at 11:00am followed by an interment at the Karori Cemetery.
