We will be celebrating Jays life with a Memorial Service at Hope and Sons Funeral Home, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin on Monday 18th March at 11am.
The service will be run by family.
We encourage you to join us to stand up and share your funny memories and naughty stories about Jay.
