On 7th April 2024 suddenly at her home. In her 85th year.
Dearly loved wife of the late Bill (They were married for 55 years). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Corlette and Steve Nielsen (deceased), Leslie and Fiona, Peter and Carol, and Odette. Loved and cherished Grandma of Sophia and Kadin Stevenson, Jessica Nielsen (deceased), and Olivia Nielsen.
Doting and loving great-grandma of Felix Stevenson
Loved and respected friend of Daryl Sykes.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Wellington Free Ambulance (Build Wairarapa Station) www.buildwairarapastation.org.nz, would be appreciated and may be left in the chapel foyer.
A Service for Shirley will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Monday 15th April 2024 at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
