Fleming, Patricia Agnes ‘Pat’ ( nee Baker ) - Of Paraparaumu on Sunday 9 June 2024, peacefully at Eldon Lodge aged 93 years.

Dearly loved wife and companion of the late Lindsay; loved mother & mother-in-law of Sara-Jane & Mike (USA) and Michael & Anne-Maree (Australia) ; much loved grandmother of Charlotte and Miya.

The family wish to thank close friends and the staff of Eldon Lodge for their care of Pat during her stay.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Pat at Our Lady of Kapiti Church, 1 Presentation Way ( off Milne Drive) Paraparaumu on Monday 17 June 2024 at 1pm. A private cremation will follow.
