O’Brien, Timothy Tekao - 29/12/1976 - 01/08/2024 Sydney. 

Very dearly loved and precious son and brother to parents Elizabeth and (the late) Terence O’Brien and siblings John, Georgia and Daniel. Affectionate uncle to Josephine, Stephanie, James and Leo.
 
A principled proponent of a free open internet which respects users’ privacy, Tim was a talented open source programmer of 25+ years - authoring and contributing to 35 open source repositories especially in the golang language for which he was globally recognised.

A kind and gentle soul. He will be missed so much.
