Irene died peacefully at home on Monday 4 November 2024 with Blair by her side.

She was never someone to make a fuss.

In keeping with her wishes a simple graveside service with friends and family to celebrate her life will take place at 11:00am Friday 8 November at the Makara Cemetery followed by a natural burial.
