On 8th November 2024, peacefully surrounded by family. Aged 83 years. Wife and best mate of the late Brian (B.T.H.). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tania and Michael, Deanne and Alan, Paul and Jill. Cherished Paw-paw of Jian Wei, Sher Ling, Sher Feng. Proud baby sister and sister-in-law of Rita and Walter Jordan, Edna and Rob Currie, Ernest and Val Osborne, Lorna and Roy Brazier, Alma and Ian Patton, Arnold and Lyndsay Osborne. Loved sister-in-law of Iona Bradburn, Jim and Daphne Stewart. Loved auntie and friend to many. A special thanks to all who cared for and supported Hilda. In lieu of flowers a donation to either Kahukura Palliative Care or Wairarapa Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. A service for Hilda will be held in St Andrew’s Union Church, Featherston on Friday 15 November 2024 at 11am followed by private cremation at Clareville.
