CONNING, Russell John

Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Thursday 30 January 2025 at his little piece of paradise in Waikanae, aged 61.

Loving son of Gordon (dec) and Donna, brother and brother-in-law of Deborah and Trevor, Dave and Donna and Mark and Heidi. Dearly loved father of Sam and step-father of Kate and Josh. Beloved poppa to Skylah and Johnny. Fun and cheeky uncle to Kloe, Nicholas, Kieran, Callum and Jordan and great-uncle to Kaea, Nikau and Layla and loving nephew of David and Ann.

The travelling salesman days are now over, but many are well-dressed thanks to you Russ!

A service to celebrate Russell will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home, 665 High Street Lower Hutt on Wednesday 12 February at 1pm, followed by a private cremation.
