On 10th February 2025 peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Aged 83 years.
Dearly loved wife of Roger for 61 years.
Loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Michelle, Jackie and Sue, Tracey and Lance.
Loved Nana of Brad, Christopher, Toni, Jayden, Tash and their partners.
Cherished ‘Super Nan’ of Holly, Kayla, Haylee, Kane, Ivy, Zahli, Indie, Harry, and Quinn.
Loved sister of Max, Beth, and the late Graham and a loved sister-in-law auntie and friend to many.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Kahukura Palliative Care Service would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
A service to celebrate Kay’s life will be held at the Waihinga Centre, Texas Street, Martinborough on Friday 14th February 2025 at 1.00pm.

Roger, John and Michelle, Jackie and Sue, Tracey and Lance and families wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who supported them in various ways during Kay’s sudden illness and at the time of her passing.
We have been overwhelmed by the lovely cards, letters, flowers, food, phonecalls, tributes, visits and the presence of so many at Kay’s farewell.
A special thanks: to all at the Martinborough Medical Centre and Martinborough Pharmacy for their support; to the Kahukura Palliative Care team for their care; to Julie O’Brien for her guidance; and to all who contributed in some way to the celebration of Kay’s life to ensure it was fitting and as she would have wished.
We are humbled by the support we have received from wider Martinborough community and it is such a comfort to know that Kay had touched the lives of so many wonderful people.
