PHELPS, Lance Gordon. ‘Lanny’ - ‘Bear’ Of Martinborough.
On 26th February 2025 peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Aged 69 years.
Dearly loved husband of Tracey.
Loved son of the late Gordon and Prue Phelps and loved son-in-law of Roger and the late Kay Mills.
Loved brother-in-law of Wayne and Dianne, Garry and Joanne, Craig and Cathy; John and Michelle, and Jackie and Sue.
Adored and dearly loved ‘uncle Lance’ to all his nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many.
A special thanks to Dr Steve Philip, Matt Hitchiner, Te Omanga Hospice Doctors, Dr Richard Issac P.Nth, and the Kahukura Palliative Care Team for their wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Kahukura Palliative Care Service would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
A service to celebrate Lance’s life will be held at the Waihinga Centre, Texas St, Martinborough on Monday 10th March 2025 at 11.00am
